Product Introduction

Product Details Product Specifications Scope of Application

A classic engineering-grade thermoplastic with excellent heat resistance (up to approximately 100°C) and outstanding processability. ABS is prone to warping and emits fumes during printing; therefore, it is strongly recommended to use a closed chamber and ensure adequate ventilation.

Advantages

  • UV-resistant and weather-resistant
  • Heat-resistant
  • Good impact resistance

Disadvantages

  • Prone to warping; requires a sealed cavity.
  • Printing releases fumes.
  • Price higher than ABS

Tolerance: ±0.02
Printing temperature: 230–260°C
Print speed: 40–100 mm/s
Hot bed temperature: 90–110°C

Combining high strength, impact resistance, and long-lasting weather and UV stability, this material remains colorfast and does not become brittle even after prolonged outdoor exposure. It is ideally suited for functional components that are continuously exposed to sunlight, such as outdoor equipment housings, garden accessories, automotive exterior trim, outdoor model aircraft, outdoor instrument enclosures, small photovoltaic system parts, and decorative elements for doors and windows.
