The company was founded by Mr. Chen Yu, who also serves as its legal representative, and its history can be traced back to the establishment of Guangzhou Painter Technology Co., Ltd. in 2001.

In 2008, driven by Zhuhai’s Jinwan District’s proactive investment‑attraction policies, the company relocated its production base from Guangzhou to the scenic Jinwan District of Zhuhai. On December 31 of the same year, it officially rebranded and established Zhuhai Painter Technology Co., Ltd., marking a significant leap from a regional enterprise to a modern, technology‑focused company.
