Product Details Product Specifications Scope of Application

A classic engineering-grade thermoplastic with excellent heat resistance (up to approximately 100°C) and outstanding processability. ABS is prone to warping and emits fumes during printing; therefore, it is strongly recommended to use a closed chamber and ensure adequate ventilation.

Advantages

  • Heat-resistant, easy to machine and grind, impact-resistant, and available through a wide range of procurement channels.

Disadvantages

  • Highly prone to warping, emits fumes (requires a ventilated environment), and requires a closed chamber for printing.

Tolerance: ±0.02
Printing temperature: 220–250°C
Print speed: 60–200 mm/s
Hot bed temperature: 90–110°C

It boasts exceptional toughness, capable of withstanding high‑intensity impacts and elevated temperatures, while maintaining moderate flexibility. Its well‑balanced properties make it a versatile printing filament, particularly suited for items that are frequently handled, prone to dropping, or exposed to prolonged heat—such as phone cases, high‑wear toys, tool handles, automotive interior components, and electrical enclosures.
